Prior to any practical and physical installation activities, Innotech’s Project Management team are diligently preparing and planning for the whole of life project requirements. This detailed and complex set of tasks ensures the transition from receipt of order and preparing for mobilisation through to undertaking and commissioning the project, meets and exceeds The Clients requirements and is in accordance with Innotech’s accredited Quality Management System ISO 9001.
During installation activities Innotech’s crews are led and managed on site by experienced Project Managers that adhere to and report back on the detailed project schedule, all QA and OSHE requirements, as well as all statutory and site requirements.
For the larger operations or those that require a higher level of compliance, our onsite Project Management team is typically bolstered and supported by Project Engineers, QA Representatives, OSHE Representatives, Cost and Schedule Controllers, and other support staff as required.
Where the client is unable to provide support facilities Innotech can mobilise fully functional compounds which can encompass equipped and powered site offices, ablution blocks, crib huts, stores, maintenance bays, fabrication areas and laydown facilities.
At the completion of each project a planned and thorough punch list exercise is undertaken prior to any wet testing and commissioning, followed by a detailed material data report (MDR) for full traceability of materials and workmanship.
Our project management teams ability to support the entire project process and understand the importance of diligent planning, scheduling and quality control is what sets us apart from the competition.
